Had a really good experience working with Alam Apparel Sourcing for my startup’s first lounge wear collection for the UAE. Since it was my first production, I was quite particular, but the whole process felt smooth from the start. They sent swatches to my doorstep and stayed in touch through WhatsApp and Google Meet, which made coordination easy.
They understood my vision well and delivered exactly the kind of fit and feel I had in mind. The fabric turned out really nice, breathable, lightweight to carry, and comfortable. I shared the pieces with my influencer circle and got great feedback on the quality and overall look. I’ve worn them myself too and genuinely liked how they feel.
Overall, good production quality and a reliable team to work with, especially if you’re just starting out. 🫰

I run a US-based B2B apparel company and work in export–import, sourcing across Bangladesh, China, the US, and Europe. This was my first visit to Pakistan in almost 20 years, and I spent time in Lahore and Karachi meetingOut of everyone I visited, Alam Apparel Sourcing really stood out.Their sample library is massive, showing a wide range of apparel products they’ve developed over time. The stitching, construction, and attention to specs are solid and aligned with global standards. What impressed me most was their hands-on, design-led approach. I bought a few pieces they’re currently reworking in-house, upcycling leftover garments into Gen Z, focused streetwear with clean handwork and smart techniques. You don’t see many manufacturers doing this kind of value-added work internally.he owner being a textile grad makes a real difference. He’s knowledgeable, present on the floor, and genuinely passionate. Communication was clear and straightforward, which is a big plus, their real USP. I genuinely enjoyed working with them and plan to align on something meaningful in the coming year. Highly recommend Alam Apparel Sourcing if you’re looking for a reliable, design-driven partner.

As a brand owner, reliability matters most to me. Alam apparel sourcing consistently met our production timelines without compromising quality. Their attention to detail and structured processes made them a dependable manufacturing partner.

Extremely disappointing experience. From start to finish, there were multiple delays, constant miscommunication, and serious production mistakes.
What’s worse is that they don’t take any responsibility for their errors. There’s no quality check, no proper follow-up, and every issue is shifted onto the customer. Definitely not a company I would trust for production.

Terrible experience. My order had nine delays, constant miscommunication, and completely unprofessional handling. They lost several of the woven labels I provided, mixed up size labels, and delivered order with inconsistent measurements.
There is clearly no quality check, no proper coordination, and no accountability throughout the process. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In my opinion, this is one of the most shockingly unprofessional manufacturers I’ve ever come across. Nothing they delivered was correct. Literally every single item was the wrong size—not even close to the measurements they were given. It felt like they didn’t even bother checking anything before sending it out.
Deadlines? Completely ignored. Mistakes repeated again and again, almost like nobody there has any idea what they’re doing. And when problems come up, good luck finding anyone responsible. No communication, no management, and absolutely no accountability. Trying to reach the CEO is pointless—might as well be talking to a wall.
What made it worse was their attitude. They actually told the client “you’re not a big brand,” which pretty much sums up the level of professionalism you can expect here. Disrespectful, careless, and in my opinion, totally unreliable.
If I could give a warning louder than this review, I would. Avoid this place at all costs—working with them has been nothing but frustration, wasted time, and disappointment.

I’ve honestly never had a worse experience with a production company than with Alam Apparel Sourcing.
I placed an order for 100 trousers, promised to be delivered in 42 days. It’s now been through six delays, and after all that time, I finally received my parcel, only to find out the quality is a complete mess.
Every piece has different measurements, the sizes are inconsistent, and several have wrong labels stitched on them. I sent them 200 woven labels for 110 pieces, they somehow managed to lose the rest and then asked me to send more. Even after all that, the labeling is still wrong.
Some trousers are even shorter than the actual size, and they keep saying they’ll “fix it,” but short length can’t be fixed or made longer. It’s just careless.
Throughout the process, the communication has been horrible. Every week it’s a new excuse, a new date, or a new promise that never gets fulfilled. Whenever I ask to speak directly with the CEO, I’m told by their marketing guy or the person managing my order that “he’s too busy” and they can’t share his number. Even after all these mishaps, I haven’t been able to talk to him.
I genuinely feel I would’ve been better off doing everything myself buying fabric, getting swatches, and having the pieces stitched independently. I hired them to make the process easier, but it’s been nothing but frustrating, exhausting, and completely unprofessional.
If this is how they treat their clients, with zero accountability, poor communication, and no quality control, I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust them with production work. I just wanted what I paid for 100 properly made trousers, not a box full of mismatched sizes and wrong labels.
